Service Description
*A one-time registration package is required for any new students to sign up for their classes. * This class is designed to ensure athletes have a strong and complete foundation before advancing in their badminton journey. We focus on developing core athletic movements, cultivating a competitive mindset, and building the character and emotional resilience essential for high-level competition. Participants will be guided through: 🏃 Athletic Movement Training: Coordination, agility, balance, and strength tailored for badminton. 🧠 Competitive Mentality & Character Development: Instilling discipline, focus, and sportsmanship. 💬 Emotional Handling for Competition: Techniques to manage pressure, nerves, and in-game emotions. 🏸 Badminton Fundamentals: Proper form and technique Basic shots (clear, lift, serve, net) Footwork patterns and movement efficiency Physical conditioning specific to badminton Whether you're new to the sport or refining your base, this class ensures you're equipped with the tools to grow confidently and sustainably.

Cancellation Policy
No Refunds After Registration All program fees are non‑refundable once registration is submitted. Refunds are not issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawal, or changes in personal circumstances. No Make‑Up Classes Because our academy operates on fixed facility permits, coaching schedules, and limited court availability, missed classes cannot be rescheduled or made up. No credits or any sessions will be provided for absences due to personal reasons. Weather, Facility Closures, or CUPF‑Directed Changes If Montgomery County or CUPF closes a facility due to any reason, the academy will attempt to offer an alternative date only if replacement court time is available. Every refund will be issued as a credit next semester. Medical Situations Medical exceptions are not guaranteed. Families may submit a doctor’s note for review. Any accommodation is at the sole discretion of Protenus Badminton Academy and may be issued as future credit only, not a refund. Non‑Transferability Program fees, credits, and registrations cannot be transferred to another athlete, another session, or another family. Coaching Disclaimer Instruction is provided by Coach Panita and our team of coaches, whose methods are based on professional playing experience, practical training knowledge, and personal expertise. Our coaching approach does not originate from academic degrees, formal research programs, or licensed educational curricula. By enrolling, participants and their families acknowledge and accept that all training is experience-based and reflects each coach’s personal methodology. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, and participation is at the discretion and responsibility of each individual. Behavior & Safety Expectations Athletes must follow the coach's instructions and maintain respectful behavior at all times. Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the program without refund. Photo & Video Use By participating, families grant Protenus Badminton Academy permission to photograph and record athletes during classes and activities. Photos and videos may be used for commercial, promotional, and advertising purposes, including social media and websites. No compensation will be provided. Acceptance of Policy By registering, families acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy, agree to all stated terms, accept full financial responsibility for the program fee, and understand that no refunds or make-up session will be provided.
